Reservations are confirmed once payment is received and the booking is accepted. By completing a reservation, guests agree to the following cancellation terms.

Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may impact travel plans. Additional travel insurance can be purchased at the time of booking. Travel insurance can be purchased seperately after booking by request.
Weather & Natural Events
Weather conditions, storms, or travel disruptions are not valid reasons for refunds unless there is a mandatory government evacuation that directly impacts the property during the reservation dates.
Payment & Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Host Cancellation
In the rare event the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
